1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to the collection of personal information by SherrysStay.com (the "Company") in connection with your use of all Company websites, the booking system, the content they contain, and the services offered through them (collectively, the "Digital Assets").
In this document, "personal information" means data relating to an identified or identifiable individual as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the "Privacy Law").
You are not legally required to provide the personal information detailed below, however, without providing such information we may not be able to provide you with our services, in whole or in part. This Policy is formulated in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017, and other laws applicable to the Company.

Any dispute regarding the service will first be discussed between the parties in good faith. If discussions fail, it will be resolved through mediation, and if mediation fails, through arbitration before a retired judge under the Arbitration Law, 5728-1968.

The Company reserves the right to amend or change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon display of the updated Privacy Policy on all Digital Assets.
