Kurenbin Smart Living quarters are located in a historic building dating back to 1916 in the center of St. Petersburg, near Palace Square. Guests have access to nine rooms, each spread over two levels of a single floor, designed by artist and architect Ivan Kurenbin. Some windows offer views of the historic center. The rooms and hallways feature the artist's paintings, and the public spaces serve as an exhibition hall.
